In this report, measure box shape is introduced as a test piece shape for the standard for testing five-axis machining center's accuracy because its accuracy is easy to be evaluated by squareness, flatness and dimensional accuracy. The test result shows that the correct length and diameter of the ball endmill is most important factor that affects the test piece accuracy, and therefore the test methods by using ball endmill is a little difficult to introduce to the test standard for checking the pure machine accuracy.
