Recently, centralized control of production systems is difficult, because they become large-scale and complex. The autonomous and decentralized scheduling methodology is requested, and the scheduling technique by the combination auction has been proposed (Kaihara, et al., 2007). On the other hand, it is necessary to decide the batch formation and scheduling at the same time to optimize the production system with batch processes. In this study, we propose an optimization method for production scheduling of flexible flowshop with batch process by combinatorial auction in which jobs play bidders and timelsots of machines play assets.
