• The purpose of this study is to recognize that rather than thegrammar-translation method, oral trainig is the basic key to good comprehension ofEnglish, because understanding through listening and speaking can fully evade anyinterruption from Japanese words. When we learn English throughgrammar-translation, English words are wholly colored, or transformed by theinfluence of Japanese words, or the genuine meaning of the English sentences ishidden. So Japanese learners can't clearly grasp the basic meaning of English. Also,Japanese human feelings can never be re-constructed exactly in English.
