The purpose of this paper is to analyze the match contents of judo in elementary school and junior high school students. The players of ninety percent or more held each other in a natural handed posture as gripping the collar with Tsuri-te and the sleeve with Hiki-te. The players who try more Nage-waza than the other won eighty percent or more. The average of winners' Nage-waza was higher than that of losers' one. Nage-waza became to the `Yu-ko' point or higher was most often Osoto-gari. Ashi-waza occupied sixty percent in all of Nage-waza became to the `Yu-ko' point or higher. As school year increases there was tendency to be more determined by Nage-waza. The case of getting `Waza-ari' by Nage-waza and then one by Katame-waza in elementary school students was more than that of junior high school students. In Seoi-nage it took long time until the players gripping judo suit to the technique being decided. Junior high school students had a long time that does not grip the judo suit than elementary school students.
