• In the new Laws of Corporations, which have come into force in May, 2006, the rights and duties of a corporate auditor have been strengthened in comparison to the old Commercial Laws. In this paper the author examines provisions of their rights and duties and as a result suggests that a corporate auditor must practice especially next three points. (1)That audits duties of a director from social responsibilities and humanities. (2)That audits a control environment of the internal control from the business ethics. (3)That makes a corporate auditor' s report that not depends on a typical example.
