• After bubble economy of Japan many Japanese companies struggle in recession , the big reason of it is they don't have their own management philosophy. Their own management philosophy is [top management beruf=fate]. When they have beruf and manage their social mission in their business they will be succeed, I analyzed it using about 450 companies. As a conclusion Japanese companies have to be the sincere enterprise that have their traditional culture and history ,after that they will be respect in the world surely.
