• In order to make effective the Corporate Auditor Auditing, it is necessary to aim at making the climate and producing the system by which the improvement of the Corporate Auditor Auditing continues in the long term. The following are concrete proposals for realizing; 1. Constructing the System which assigns a well-qualified Corporate Auditor. 2. Constructing the data base of the Board of Corporate Auditors. 3. Constructing the governance organization of the Board of Corporate Auditors.
