I. The Organizational Reflection on Environmental Problems. My reflection is mainly based on the Theory of C. I. Barnard and Mito. 1) Effectiveness and Efficiency. 2) Organizational person and Individual person. 3) The closeness of responsibility in the organization. 4) The Up-side down of the objects and means in the organization. II. The Organizational perspective toward the solution of Environmental problems. 1) The renewal of the Management Philosophy 2) The renewal of the Management organization and Managers. Conclusion. The theory which puts focus on the social Responsibility of the corporations need to have at least three following factors. 1) The theory which recognizes the corporations as pluralistic existence. 2) The influence of the functional behavior has pluraslistic sides. 3) The theories which emphasizes the human side of organizations. The theory of C. I. Barnard has these three factors. So I conclude that Business Ethics and Leadership theory based on the organization Theory of C. I. Barnard is one of the relevant solutions toward Environmental problems.
