The Japanese Style of Management System (JSMS) became a famous method of business warldwide. Undoubtedly JSMS accelerated the growth of Japanese economy, and donated the people to be rich. But since then many problems, for example environment destruction and international trade friction, occured. The essence of JSMS was a histrical concept, occupied by former modern thinking. Japanese company had two kinds of ethics, its framework composed of European and American business system, the other hand mental situation (JSMS) looking like as feudalism. When Japan gained success to reach a economical big power, a contradiction between dual ethics showed oneself in the public eyes. Then JSMS was criticized furiously, internally and externally. JSMS is requested to adapt oneself to the new economic situation. I think JSMS must accept SS (Social Satisfaction) management based on social, not to mention, international soldarity.
