• To realize information-networked society envisioned for the next two or three decades, a New Generation Network (NwGN) must be created. To overcome IP network limits by using of IP for Quality of Service (QoS) tasks, NwGN should provides quality assurance for each flow using packet switching or paths appropriately. In this work we propose a new mechanism unifying a QoS routing, congestion control and traffic engineering to achieves end-to-end QoS assurance goal for users in NwGN.
