This paper reports about bow drop at launching, introducing the equation of motion, and analysing the result of measurement obtained during actual launch. Results are as follows:- (1) The period of bow drop is transition stage, so the virtual mass and coefficient of water resistance are very large value, about three and a half times with compared to steady motion. (2) The ratio of the value of actual bow drop and statically calculated one varies with it's value, and rather it's difference is fixed. (3) The increase of statically calculated drop needs more travel to reach max. drop. (4) Dynamical bow drop cause even the value of statical drop is zero, and at that time, the phenomenon presented as bow drop or delay of freely afloat. (5) The locus of bow drop is calculated by following formula. [numerical formula]
