• This article shows the Conflict of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), focusing on two responsibility concepts, namely, "Role responsibility" and "Result responsibility". It is controversy over "Result responsibility" which is a positive and negative controversy on the theory of CSR. However, today the responsibility concept of the CSR has changed. The core of discussion is "Role responsibility". There is no limitation of the result responsibility in the CSR theory, while the role responsibility keeps expanding. Therefore the result responsibility causing from the role responsibility expanding is so large that corporation cannot bear. Such observation makes the "Conflict of CSR" more clear.
