• In order to survive as a company that is capable of demonstrating global competitiveness and of creating continuous customer values under the rapidly changing business environment at present, it is necessary to go back to the point of origin for quality, always develop a stronger sense of quality first, and regard cultivating knowledgeable quality engineers as one of the significant assignments for management. It should be noted that actions through cooperation among industries, academicians and government are required to foster those quality engineers. In this article, a part of education and training programs provided by the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) is introduced as regard to "Education and Training for Quality Engineers at the QC Education Institute."
