The behaviors of elasto-plastic stress in a flat hollow disc are analyzed under cyclic thermal and centrifugal loadings using strain incremental theory and Mises yield condition. As loading conditions, temperature range is from 20 to 500℃ and rotation speed range is from 0 rpm to 20,000 rpm. Correlation between equivalent plastic strain per cycle Δε^p_e and the Bict number was obtained from numerical analysis. Conclusion reached is that the equivalent plastic strain per cycle Δε^p_e at the outer boundary of the disc varies linearly when the Biot number is larger than 0.6, but is zero when the Biot number is less than 0.6.
