• Identifying Chinese names in Chinese text is one important part of the Chinese text automatic word segmentation. This paper proposes an effective method which is based on Incremental Deep Parser to find names in Chinese text. The experiments show that the precision and recall rates respectively reach 93.01% and 94.12% by closed test while the precision and recall rates are 91.0% and 91.7% by open test.
