Permeation of management philosophy throughout the organization enables the adaptation of the management organization to the value-producing society. As well as management philosophy, the stage where the exchange of information that surrounds a management organization and where the deepth of the communication between the organization's members is planned, is a side of organizational culture. If the organizational culture influenced the success or failure of the permeation of management philosophy, the leading research has studied and examined. The exposure of some issues are focuced with the organizational culture. In this research, I examined 3 case studies in the ceremonial industry and analyzed the findings from interviews from the top to middle man. I investigated the dysfunction of the organizational culture in the process of permeation of the management philosophy that obstructs permeation, and examined the problem of accomplishing the management of the idea 'Permeation of Management Philosophy' with a serious consideration.
