Traditional ways of strudying social well-being theory have not considered the dynamic principle of factors or elements because of the demand that the essence of social well-being is only one factor or element. Social well-being has a perspective in which one's life is structured by several factors or elements. Thus, social well-being theory which is structured by only one factor or element is inadequate. Thye main purpose of this study is to focus on a "Science" which can guide us towards a new perspective on social well-being in order to develop the theory. Using the inductive mehod and the deductive method is insufficient if we are to explain the development of scientific theory. The development of scientific theory connects to the semantic side:scientific development ityself has the dynamics of structure, function and semant5ics. This facyt is important to social well-being which is based on values. In this study the social well-being theory isre-examined using the concept of "Changing Sense", which has as its basis the hypothesis-deductive method, the observation-inductive method and the semantics-interpretative method. It is possible to guide or follow the principle of "Self-organization" using these methods in combination. The principle in question is not dualism, and we need to pay attention also to several disciplined. In order to further develop social well-being theory, we need to focus on the concept of "Self-organization," which itself is based on the dynamism of structure, function and semantics.
