• The Salesian Polytechnic School joined the Japan College of Technology Design Competition last 2008. Of the 4 categories in the Competition, the Salesian Polytechnic School entered the Creative Design Category. Only 2 from the 8 teams were selected for the last round of the competition. It took us 12 hours to produce the scale design object of our creative design in the middle of the commercial street of Takamatsu City in Kagawa Prefecture. One is the "Town's Heart", which earned the Highest Honors, and "DROP"which was awarded the Minami Shinmachi Commercial Street Award. This was the first time that the Salesian Polytechnic School has received the Highest Honors Award in a Japan College of Technology Design Competition.
