A wideband NRD guide and rectangular waveguide H-plane transition is proposed to transfer millimeter waves from a dielectric strip to the outer conductor surface of NRD guide through a short length of waveguide made through the conductor plate. As a result, it has a bandwidth about 6.7GHz of |S_<11>|≦-15dB and a low transition loss about 0.35dB at 60GHz band.
