Under the base of analyzing the echo signal in Bistatic ISAR, this paper analyzes its distribution and characteristics in wavenumber domain from Bistatic ISAR model; meanwhile compares it with the situation in Mono-ISAR. Furthermore the polar format algorithm (PFA) using in Bistatic ISAR is proposed. In the implementation of transformation from polar coordinates to rectangular coordinates, nonlinear interpolation is applicated; at last, the simulation is given to verify the efficiency of the algorithm.
