Galileo system will provide Full Operation Capability (FOC) as Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) from 2013. ETRI is under development of GPS/Galileo Signal Simulator and Receivers in software since 2008. We are going to present design and implementation of the Galileo signal simulator that can generate navigation message, measurement, and IF digitized level data by taking into account various errors due to environmental effect and so on. Also, we verify our signal simulator with software-based Galileo receiver and the results will be presented in this paper.
