• We developed the technology that formed a complete, smooth SiO2 film by using Spin on Glass (SOG) on a IDT electrode/piezo-electric substrate. The temperature coefficient of frequency (TCF) was reduced, and excellent temperature compensating SAW Duplexer was achieved by applying this technology without being deteriorated in the insertion loss. In this paper, the SOG processing technology and the US-PCS SAW Duplexer characteristics are described.
