A new type of oblique teeth micro ultrasonic motor with the diameter of 10mm has been introduced in this dissertation. Using converse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric material, this type of motor can transfer alternate current signal into mechanical longitudinal vibration of ultrasonic frequency on the surface of the stator. In the presence of the compressing force between the oblique teeth on the stator surface and the rotor surface, elliptic motion of the particles on the end face of the oblique teeth can be generated, and the rotor realizes its unidirectional rotary motion. In this paper, firstly, the structural mechanism of this new type of motor has been introduced in detail. Secondly, a finite element model of stator elastomer coupling with piezoelectric have been set up to study the influence of different structural parameters to model frequency of the piezoelectric stator, and to analyze general technique as well as structure parameter which effect the features of this new kind of micro motor. Finally, the mechanical curve of the motor has been settled through experiment.
