Electric force between electric charges acts through medium and is analogized to stress. Accordingly, correspondent to strain, electric-displacement D is assumed in dielectrics including vacuum. The movement of electric charges produces electric current which is represented in i=dQ/dt and in dielectrics, displaccement current dD/dt is imagined in the direction of vector D. Author's attention is first directed toward the dD/dt in this paper. D is represented in polarized charge desity, ±QD So, he assumes that dD/dt is a pair of ±dQD/dt and dQD/dt is a current having direction perpendicular to vector D. To distinguish the current of ±dQD/dt from displacement current, he provisionally names it electric-displacement-flow. With displacement flow of velocity u, he led H=[D] and E=[Bu], identical with Poynting vector [EH] in vectors diagram. Next, he divides electric and magnetic fields into imaginative impulsive fields which are instantaneously polarized into ±[EH] Static fields and electro-maguetic inductions are conceptionally made clear by means of imaginative impulese, ±[EH] and their reflections at boundaries in the field.
