The purpose of this study is to examine some effects of teaching practice in terms of the following three crucial factors of teacher-training: student-teachers' teacher efficacy, anxiety for teaching practice, and aspiration for teaching profession. The degrees of these three factors were measured before and after teaching practice. With this survey, the following things are found: generally aspiration for teaching profession goes up in both male and female students, and anxiety for teaching practice also tends to be decreased. Furthermore, teacher efficacy significantly goes up in the male students compared to the female students, but the level of anxiety observed in the female students is higher than that of the male students before and after the practice. The results clearly show that the teaching practice serves as enhancing the teacher efficacy, and we have to be careful for female students' tendency of having high anxiety through the teaching practice.
