1) It was observed in this study that tubal movements depend on the effects of sympatica. This proves that tubes are under the control of sympatics. 2) Histological examination of human tubes reveal the distribution of sensory nerves and sympatics. Sensory nerves run from pars interstitialis to isthmus. Highest density is observed in pars interstitialis as main tranks. The density diminishes further from isthmus to fimbria. Sympatics co-exist with sensory nerves in isthmus and pars interstitialis, and independently exist in'fimbria. Sympatics showed generally speaking, almost equal distribution in each part of tubes. 3) Rubin test of 500 sterile cases revealed about 27% passage disturbances. 4) Patency examinations indicate 92%, agreements in my series between HSG and Rubin test. Rubin test positive cases were all HSG positive, but 15.7% of Rubin test negative cases showed HSG positive. The discrepancy comes, in my opinion, from differences of quality and pressure of injected substance, gas and morjodol. 5) As for past history of the patients, main factors of tubal sterility consists in adnexitis, appendicitis and tuberculosis. About half of the sterile cases with past history of tuberculosis are suffering from tubal stenosis.
