Using Freund's Adjuvant method, author observed the typical features of brainallergy on rabbit's brain by intraarterial, intrathecel and intracerebral injections of antigen into the rabbits which were sensitized by eggwhite. Author found that the allergic changes in cerebrum and those of cerebellum showed essentially the same features, but in degree they were slighter in cerebellum than in cerebrum. And in the cases of the dog which were very difficult to sensitize, author succeeded to do it using Freund's Adjuvant method, but it took longer on sensitized dog than on rabbit and the allergic changes were slighter than those of rabbit in general. It could be possible to say that the features might be different in each animal races.
