I got the following results out 45 various kinds of disease examples by the study of the crisis when human heart stopped to throb, of which I was going to explain their states clinically from the electrocardiosraphic points of view. 1) Most of the cases showed initial sinusbradycardia very clearly on the electrocardiograph y at their terminal state and after the failure of initial sinusbradycardia, nodalshythm appeared, 3 cases showed that ventricular fibrillation had happened before ventricular tachycardia came. One case ventricular fibrillation, two cases recognized a temporary auricular fibrillation and also ST segment was not in deviation in all cases, recognized 16 cases Showing depression, 9 cases elevation, remarkable inverted U wave in one case. Terminal E. C. G. pattern appeared in ventricular tachycardia in 26 cases, ventricular fibrillation in 14 cases, sinusrhythm in 3 cases and nodalrhythm in 2 cases. 2) There was no difference about terminal E. C. G. between cardiovascular disease group and non-cardiovascular disease group but the group used Digitalis compared with the one non-used digitalis stopped more in ventricular fibrillation. It seemed to me that digitalis caused to stop ventricular fibrillation in heart standstill. Digitalis itself, however, did not make the direct cause for it but it was caused by the irregular cardiac muscle metabolism followed by using digitalis. 3) Adrenalin intracardiac injection into the heart at terminal state had the responsive effect upon a few patients from the mechanical stimulation but the value of the clinical treatment was doubtful. 4) The time required from breathing standstill to heart standstill was various having no special relation with ages and basic diseases but in 2 cases hardly came heart standstill when breathing standstill happened.
