Concerning 4 cases of human infection experiment on which single infestation with Ancylostoma duodenale Dubini was established, I observed, through the use of Stoll's technique, the discharge of ova into the feces. I repeated the treatment of anthelmintics until the ova in the feces became negative by both floatation and culture methods, confirmed the total, ova counts and thereby determined the ova counts during each observation period. (1) Daily variation of the output of eggs per day had a considerably -large range, but when I looked into the coefficients of variation of egg density and fecal amount which were the constituent elements of the output, I found that the variation of fecal amount was the main factor. (2) Study on the relationship between the number of days for stool examination and the mean value fo the output of eggs per day indicated a tendency that the range became smaller as the number of days like 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, for which the average was taken became increased. (3) The egg density was not so much influenced by the variation of fecal amount, but it seemed to be rather related to the character of feces, also its variation limit was within about two times the mean value, offering some suggestion about the constancy of the egg-production of Ancylostoma duodenale Dubini. (4) The estimated value for the production of eggs per day per female varied greatly with the stages of development of this worm and on around the 180th and 300 th days after the administration of larvae the number of eggs on the latter day was about 7 times as many as that on the former one. (5) According to the observation at this time, the number of eggs produced per day per female of Ancylostoma duodenale Dubini was estimated to run between 14,000 and 21,000. (6) Judging from an observation on two cases in which infestation with females alone was brought about as a result of anthelmintic treatment intrauterine fertilized eggs of Ancylostoma duodenale Dubini are likely to be expelled in about 30 to 40 days. (7) Comparison on hard, soft, muddy and watery stools was that the ratios of fecal amount were 1.0:2.2:4.1: and 4.6 respectively, while those of ova density were 4.8:4.0: 2.9 and 1.0 respectively.
