In this paper there were dwelt upon the circulatory analysis, by means of newly improved Wezler's method, of bathoreceptoric response in dogs, before and after the administration of various sorts of hypotensive drugs. Even if there appears the same mode of changes of blood pressure level itself, yet circulatory dynamical factors, especially, cardiac output, peripheral and elastic resistances sometimes vary as well, markedly in experiment depending upon the neurovegetative and circulatory states of the individual case as in clinical praxis. Nextly the circulatory dynamical analysis of the response of Aschner's test, was clinically observed : in addition the peripheral vascular analysis bofore and after the dizitalisation in congestive heart failure was investigated. Investigating the significance of "Centralisation" meant by Duesberg et al, the correlation examined both experimentally and clinically was discussed in detail.
