内科的諸種疾患における体液蛋白体の電気泳動法による研究 : 特に滲出乃至濾出機転について

I have studied the Proteinogramm of bloods, effusions, and urine in many diseases such as pleurisy exsudativa, Peritonitis tuberculosa, Peritonitis carzinomatosa, cardiac insufficiency, liver cirrhosis and chronic nephritis and so on. And I have calculated the ratio effusion to blood of total protein concentration and fractions respectively and classified into 3 groups after total protein concentration ratio: Group A: it is grater than 0.5 Group B: it ranges from 0,3 to 0.5 Group C: it is under 0.3 1) Exudate belongs to Group A, transudate belongs to Group C. 2) In albumin Percentage, effusions are superior to plasmas but the former inferior to the latter in that of glubulin and fibrinogen. 3) The Magnitude of the ratio effusion to blood of Protein fraction have been ordinated reversely against molecular-weight, so, albumin is the gratest, and fibrinogen the smallest. 4) In nost of fractions corelationship exists between effusion and blood concerning Protein concentration and percentages and trend line described in form y=a×^b x: blood, y: effusion. In urine the albumin percentage is very large compared to that in the blood and ordinarilly all kinds of globulin fractios are seen but no fibrinogen. When the disease improvesUrine-protein becomes almost albumin. Thus I concluded. The exudation and the transucation are simillar phenomenen but the difference between them lies in the attitude of vital reactions caused by local invasion.
