• In recent years, India has experienced an excellent economic growth of more than 9%. Therefore, major foreign Industries have announced huge amount of capital investments or deals with Indian corporate houses. In India, as rapid emerging markets, families are typically control corporate groups. Family managements face severe criticisms from the empirical exercises. However, to protect the corporate groups from the foreign investors, the corporate control has important implications to control industries at all.
