The method of the hydrolysis using concentrated sulfuric acid and diluted sulphuric acid is generally used to the saccharification of Ligno-cellulose. However, these mehods need the neutralization process and the highly processing cost, and also the plant life becomes below a usual half due to the acid corrosion. Then, the new developing method is physically cutting of the chemical bond of ligno-cellulose or cellulose without acids, which is developed using the high shearing force mechanically generated. The method of efficiently obtaining saccharinity was developed by a new technique to use the dissolution by radical generated by cutting the chemical bond by this shearing force. At first, the high shearing force is given at the temperature of 190-240°and the cellulose molecule is cut. Easily crushing the material to 20μm or less by the hydrolysis of the cellulose that occurs because of the redical generated when continuously cutting it. And, the saccharification rate became 15-25%.
