In this paper, the writer discussed three majar problems regarding the form of the chromite deposits in Kamuikotan metamorphic rock complex Hokkaido, as follows; (1) Chromite deposits consist of many ore bodies, forming the echelon structure, and each of ore bodies is put the joint of country rock. (2) Chromite minerals are assembled along the side of the joint of country rock, and are occasio nally arranged in alternate lines with serpentine. (3) In some cases, chromite ore bodies are deformed secondarily by the orogenic movement. and described its application for prospecting.
