A new value-oriented information system was discovered that consists of three elements: (1) the pineal body, which Descartes considered to be the seat of the spirit: (2) the "Bi-Digital O-Ring Test", which is considered to represent human spiritual properties and is a traditional sign in religion and healing: and (3) a semiconductor visible-light laser. A new energy phenomenon resulting from the action of directed electromagnetic waves with respect to a specified "object" is transmitted electromagnetically by the "pineal body" and "Bi-Digital O-Ring Test" system. At this site, a new topological wave motion resonance occurs and numerical values related to the inherent "polarity and quantity" of the substance appear via a quantum-mechanical process. This is considered to involve high-energy phosphates and protein phosphokinase activated by means of a signal transduction cascade in the pineal body. This biochemical mechanism mainly results in quantitative information together with "object" in the cerebrum (pineal body) organization. At the present level of scientific development, this can be only recognized by a positive "Bi-Digital O-Ring Test" (BDOT) using the semiconductor visible ruby laser. This numerical value indicates inherent quantitative value of information belonging to "object".
