Reviewing 4 court judgements of the heat stroke case, I conclude as follows. Sport activities in the high humidity condition as well as in the high temperature may produce heat stroke that causes death in severe cases. Many studies have revealed the mechanism of heat stroke that is generally known to coaches and instructors through the sport and training journals and monographs. Dicisions of courts for the heat stroke cases pointed out the coach's lack of awareness to notice the lethal signs of the heat stroke. Thus, it is absolutely necessary for coaches to check the early signs of the heat stroke and avoid the fatal accidents. And they have to teach players consequences of heat stroke and its early symptoms, even if they are high school students.
