• The book named "FUYUNOHI" consists of six volumes of linked-verses composed by the same members in a series of time sequence and shared by the same members. Each volume should be independent, but each member had to be conscious of the development of the other volumes. I call this shared place "a party of FUYUNOHI". "FUYUNOHI" has been read almost exclusively for Basho studies, however, it is not sufficient to read it only for Basho studies. It is necessary to read the work of every author at the same level in "the party of FUYUNOHI." In other words, "FUYUNOHI" should be recognized as a single work. From such perspectives, I try to interprete and evaluate these six volumes of linked-verses.
