In this research, we have examined communications of students and teachers of junior high schools. We interviewed teachers and made transcriptions. This research was done from two viewpoints: 1, clarification of problems that teachers have 2, analysis of teachers' worries. As for clarification of teachers' problems, we used K. J. technique. For analysis of teachers' worries, Grounded Theory Approach was used. In communications among "teachers and students" in junior high schools, eight categories were chosen for examination. 1, fatigue and lost feeling 2, difficulty of understanding students 3, difficulty of having a good relationship with students 4, difficulty of guidance 5, problems of conversations with students 6, problems among students 7, suffering from relationship with other teachers 8, suffering from relationship with parents Also, in the analysis that used Grounded Theory Approach, we created a model of communication structure. As a result, we found that relationship of teachers and students are influenced not only by their relationship but also by external factors such as grades, schools, and colleagues. In addition, communication of teachers and students significantly affects teachers' passion toward work and lost feeling.
