• We are researching Medical support system to aim at medical integrated networks system. Now, many of these systems are C/S system configurations. As for the problem that C/S has a cost decrease and a flexible policy setting is enumerated. We are proposing the P2P communication as the one solution. In this paper, we assumed electronic letter of introduction system that treats 3D image data on the development schedule, image data transfer experiment between two points away at about 7km on P2P medical treatment sharing system environment constructed with the previous work is done, and the possibility of system realization of 3D medical image data communication that turns out is insisted.
