In order to apply cognitive neuroimaging technologies to clinical diagnosis, standardization of neuroimaging methodology including cognitive tasks and reference activation maps is indispensable. BAXSQL is a GRID based fMRI data management system not only for sharing the data sets across countries but also for basic analysis of the functional data. As a show case, we report a set of fMRI studies to evaluate language processing performed in two medical centers located in Japan and Taiwan by using the Medical GRID platform.
