• Next Generation Network provides users with intelligent services that ensure user satisfaction irrespective of changes in the user location or device. User satisfaction is expressed through service generic preferences and service specific customizations. This paper proposes a user context based connection support architecture that can satisfy all user preferences by evaluating the user context.
