As witness the advent of radio-wave-based high temperature gas diagnosis research intended to apply to industrial gas processes, this paper presents the absorption characteristics of various gases such as O_2, CO, H_2O, NO, N_2O at submillimeter wave band, calculated with temperature from 300K to 1900K by referring HITRAN.
