In this paper, we analyze the significant factors which can influence the data transmission via typical satellite channel condition. Specifically, it can be identified as phase noise, nonlinearity, and incompleteness of IMUX/OMUX filter of transponder which are analog equipments. To clarify the rationale which they degrade the performance, we illustrate the modeling method to transform it from analog to digital domain in terms of signal processing. We ensure result is reliable through curve fitting approach. By applying the achieved channel model into DVB-S2 standard transmission, we analyze the effectiveness which can be feasible for VCM/ACM mode. Ultimately, to overcome the performance loss, we calculate the optimal noise bandwidth values on the design of 2^<nd> order Digital Phase Lock Loop according to modulation and SNR condition and confirm them as performance results.
