• After repeated antigen challenge,　mice can regulate the anaphylaxis. The regulation was suggested to be induced by decrease of negative electric change in antibody IgG1 glycosylation. Sialic acid has negative electric change, and IgG1 has it in the sugar chain structure. In the present study, lipid desialylating antibody IgG1 was detected in sera of mice repeated antigen challenge. In the view of immunological system, the lipid may act as an anti-anaphylaxis factor.
