• The Sanriku-Haruka-Oki Earthquake occurred at 9:19 p.m. on December 29, 1994. The scale was 6 in the seismic intensity and the biggest aftershock happened on January 7 next year. The damage of this earthquake concentrate on Hachinohe-City in Aomori Prefecture located in the northeast part of Japan. Three persons were killed and 783 persons were injured. About five hundred houses were collapsed damaged heavily. However, the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake occurred on January 17. Therefore, the mass-media reports related Sanriku-Haruka-Oki Earthquake has rapidly decreased. My questionnaire survey was carried out to the citizens in Hachinohe City. The results shows that the victims had various demands and complains.
