The study aims to understand the residents' regional evacuation issues caused by the LPG leakage in The Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. In this study, I take notice of a transmission of information under the unvisible disaster. For this purpose I enforced the questionnaire to residents in Rokko Island, reclamation land, which located opposite bank of LPG leaked area of Higashinada ward. Human evacuation behavior is different between residents of high rise apartment and those of single houses blocks. There found some issues about existing transmission system of information for regional evacuation. As a result the method for transmission of information in emergency must be considered to adopt this sort of newly developed town before the event.
