• This is a newly style of disaster-fighting drill for community focus on the stages immediately alter an earthquake. It was considered to press for improvement of concerted neighborhood activity when an earthquake has happened, and find a way out of manneiistic disaster drill. It is curried out in city area in a short time, residents can not only take part in the event easily, but also stimulate the imagination that what happened in their city area immediately after an earthquake. This paper summarizes this new method and the results made at this drill in Kyoujima, Sumida-ku in November, 1998.
