The on-line learning program is one of survival strategies for universities. Using an on-line learning program synchronized with the conventional program, its effects on learning was analyzed concerning two kinds of tests of the mid-term examination and the final examination. The finding was that there was no difference between the group of students on the traditional education and the on-line learning. However, when placing the students of the traditional education on the on-line learning after a semester, the amount of change in the test results of students was greater compared to the students who learned only by the on-line learning. This clearly indicated the superiority of the on-line learning program over the traditional education.
