• In recent years, among Taiwanese business managers, making a management creed has become an important task. We can find three different roots in the management creed of Taiwanese business: Japanese spirit, American business ideologies, and Confucianism, Buddhism and Toaism from the mainland China. The purpose of this paper is to look for the roots of the management creeds of Taiwanese business, and sort them out. This paper will provide a reference for managers wanting to create a management creed in Taiwan.
