It has been pointed out that the Japanese corporate model is based on commitment to workers and indifference to shareholders. Today, it is considered that these characteristics are still in existence. This could be the main reason that, measured by corporate returns on equity, Japanese corporations are among those that are considered most inefficient in capital deployment. In this regard, a corporate revolution is essential in Japan. For that purpose, we are providing entrepreneurship training at corporations and our trainees will become the driving force of this revolution.
